  • Its optimized for better water absorption, surface hardness and work ability.
  • After dry, it has very high strength and very smooth surface.
  • Setting time can be adjusted according to customers' requirement.

    • Application

    • Pour powder into potable water
    • For better results, use a low-speed mixer equipped with a vacuum mixing chamber
    • Wait until all or most of the powder sinks in water
    • Mix for a minimum of 2 minutes until a homogeneous mixture is achieved
    • Pour into the mold
    • Remove the piece carefully after 25 minutes

    Recommendation

    • Do not mix Ceramic Plaster with any other product without manufacturer approval.
    • Use clean potable water.

    Storage condition

    • Store in a dry places at no more than 20 layers
    • Use within 2 month after the date of production. Inappropriate and too-long storage may deteriorate the physical properties of the product.
